How to Apply for Admission

• Purchase the scratch card from the Accredited Banks.
• Scratch the to reveal the codes
• Log on with the PIN CODE and the SERIAL NO
• On the home page look for Applicants for Admission Menu and click your option
• Fill the form appropriately.
• Submit with the pending box checked for later UPDATE or FINALLY for final submission
• All forms must be finally submitted before the final date of form submission

How to Check Results Online

• Purchase the scratch card from the School's Bursary
• Scratch the card to reveal the codes
• On the home page Click on the Result Checker Menu
• Log on with the PIN CODE and your MATRIC-NO to check your results and select every other criteria accordingly and click Login
• Print out your result.

How to do Online Payments

• Purchase the scratch card from the Accredited Banks.
• Scratch the to reveal the codes
• Open the site www.polyibadan.org
• On the home page look for Applicants for ONLINE PAYMENT  Menu. There are two options: ACCEPTANCE FEE and SCHOOL FEES
• ACCEPTANCE FEE
• Click on ACCEPTANCE FEE to pay for acceptance
• Enter your FORMNO (HND), JAMBNO (JAMBITES) OR PRELIMNO(PRELIM TO ND STUDENTS)
• Browse to upload and validate your picture. Make sure it is of the specified size and dimension i.e Picture must be between 96 x 126 and 110 x 140 pixels and the size not more than 12KB. (1200bytes).
• NOTE:  Your picture must be of white background and the format extension must be .jpg
• After successful upload of picture, enter your PIN CODE and Click  submit button.
